    As the Lead Product Designer at Redeam, I am responsible for ensuring a high quality user experience for travel agents and operators. In this role, I successfully:

    • Oversee the entire UX for two platforms and multiple user roles
    • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with leadership
    • Manage an abundance of tasks/tickets across multiple agile dev teams
    • Conduct usability tests
    • Improve the UI aesthetics and functions while building a design system
    • Created a product Help Center, Onboarding articles/videos and a User Feedback Portal in the interest of supporting customer experience beyond the platform

  • Nutrien Ag Solutions

    January 2020 - September 2021

    Collaborated with Product Managers, Developers, Agronomists, Scientists and the design team to create tools for Nutrien Agronomists who consult with farmers.

    Spearheaded discovery with key stakeholders including workshops and daily collaboration. Designed workflows for usability tests and conducted tests as well. Participated in user interviews and synthesis. Designed complex interfaces and user experiences for agronomists to analyze scientific data. Used and contributed to a UI kit/design system.

    Worked across teams and features to ensure a holistic user experience, one that suits their needs and mental models. Participated in Agile workflow assisting with multiple squads’ design needs. Contributed to company confluence with documentation and processes.

    Collaborated with clients, project managers and developers to create engaging experiences on both large scale digital signage and mobile apps. Managed a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.

    Worked together with clients to identify business goals and user needs to form a digital strategy.     Liased across departments to fill design needs for product and marketing. Designed new software interface features focusing on user experience and user interface by working side-by-side with product managers and developers to ensure successful implementation.

    Contributed to marketing by designing, coding and maintaining marketing emails. Designed digital and print collateral including: direct mail assets, promotional posters, banner ads and social imagery. Developed, refined and reinforced brand style guide across the company.
