Redeam Central UX
Overview
Redeam enables seamless, automated passing of product and booking data between Operators (for example, Disney) and Distributors (for example, Google, Groupon, etc) of Experiences (tickets). Our technology enables Tours & Activities companies to easily do business with third parties that resell their tickets and powers some of the world’s most iconic tourist attractions.
A segment of Redeam’s customers are able to use the technology through their APIs exclusively. There are also many customers that do not have the capability to do so, so Redeam created Redeam Central, a platform that allows them to enter in and manage their information manually.

Our Users
The primary users of Redeam Central are called “Operators”. In other words, the folks that keep tours and attractions running smoothly from an operations standpoint.
These people have many jobs to do within their roles and ensuring ticket sales is just one of them. Our goal is to make this specific job as easy and efficient as possible for them so that they can focus their efforts on other things.
